Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LiveryView (the "Service"), a desktop application for previewing FiveM vehicle textures and liveries, provided by Infiniti Development ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Subscription & license

  • The Service is offered as a subscription of €4,99 per month, billed automatically until you cancel.
  • Each subscription grants one license, bound to a single device.
  • You may reset your device once every 7 days from your account; for additional resets, contact us on Discord.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable use

  • Your license is for your own use. Do not share, resell, or publish your license key.
  • Do not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, or redistribute the software.
  • Do not use the Service for anything unlawful.

4. Suspension & termination

We may suspend, flag, or revoke a license in case of abuse, license sharing, fraudulent payments, or chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback results in immediate revocation and a ban.

5. Availability & changes

The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve, or discontinue features over time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Infiniti Development is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. The Service is a preview tool and does not modify your game files.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law & contact
