Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account under Billing → Manage billing.
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

The subscription is billed monthly. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time of a period that has already started.
A refund is only possible if your license has never been activated — that is, you never signed in to the app with your key. Once the license has been activated, the subscription is non-refundable.
To request a refund for an unactivated license, contact us on Discord.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first if something is wrong — we're happy to help. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute results in immediate revocation of your license and a permanent ban.
